Following our appointment of a project, we can provide a service to advise clients on the

potential of a site. Using our experience of Local Planning Policy and Building Standards we can prepare reliable feasibility studies at the earliest inception of a project.

Budget costing at the outset of a project is often difficult, with contractors unable to

accurately estimate building costs. We can provide accurate sketch proposals to allow  budget costing at an early stage of a project. Allowing our clients to make an informed decision about their project.

Planning Applications

The planning process can be complex, with a magnitude of policies and persons to deal with. We use our experience of Planning Policies from the outset to simplify the planning process, and prepare planning applications tailored to each individual projects.

Tender Services & Contract Administration
